The Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program has closed.
The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) teamed with the Homeless Leadership Alliance of Pinellas to accept referrals for Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) which are designed to serve individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.
For landlords in the SPHA's jurisdiction that rent to an EHV participant, SPHA will:
- Pay a $2000 security deposit (no matter the bedroom size)!
