This social services program is designed to support ANY-SPHA assisted resident who would like to work one-on-one with a social services coordinator to improve your quality of life. Through a needs and goals assessment, develop an individualized goal plan to get support in areas such as employment, education, home/family stability, financial empowerment, mental and physical health, parenting support, crisis management, and much more.
How can I be eligible to participate in the RSS program?
- Must be a current SPHA-assisted resident (any program)
- Must be able to meet a minimum of once a month with a social services coordinator (in person or virtual) and is committed to engaging in regular communication
