ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) organized a joyful Family Night at Disston Place Apartments on April 17th. The event was filled with fun activities and memorable moments.
The evening began with a fantastic yoga session led by Alexis from ArtsyAsana. Alexis guided both kids and adults through a series of relaxing and energizing poses. Learn more about ArtsyAsana at www.artsyasana.com.
Following the yoga session, we had an exciting egg hunt. The children eagerly searched for hidden eggs, and it was heartwarming to see their faces light up with joy as they discovered each one.
Throughout the evening, the kids learned valuable lessons about mindfulness, teamwork, and the importance of staying active.
