St. Petersburg Housing Authority Joins Tampa Bay Area Housing Agencies at Landlord Engagement Event

TAMPA BAY, Fla. (MARCH 27, 2025) - On March 24, 2025, the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) proudly joined fellow local housing agencies-Tampa Housing Authority, Pinellas County Housing Authority, and Clearwater Housing Authority-for an insightful and collaborative meeting organized by the Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA).

The event, held in Tampa, provided a platform to engage directly with landlords from across the Tampa Bay area. Representatives from each housing authority shared valuable information, answered questions, and discussed key updates relevant to property owners and managers participating in local housing programs.

SPHA President and CEO Michael Lundy spoke at the event and emphasized the value of collaboration. "We greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with landlords and strengthen our partnerships across the region," said Lundy. "Events like this help bridge understanding and foster long-term collaboration that ultimately benefits the residents we serve."

SPHA is a proud member of BAAA, a not-for-profit trade association representing over 250,000 apartment homes across the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
