Receive Waitlist Openings Notifications from the St. Petersburg Housing Authority

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (MARCH 4, 2025) - We've made an update to our website! You can now receive housing Waitlist Openings Notifications from the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA).

Directions:

  • Go to www.stpeteha.org and click on "Sign Up for News" (www.stpeteha.org/signup).
  • If you're signing up for SPHA news updates for the first time, select "SMS Text Messages" or "Email Address".
  • If you've already subscribed to receive SPHA news updates, click "Change Subscription".
  • Check the box for "Waitlist Openings Notifications".
  • Finally, click  "Sign Me Up!" or "Update".
