ST. PETERSBURG, FL - The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) was delighted to welcome our valued community partner, Volunteers of America Florida, to our office on August 14, 2024.

Volunteers of America Florida, under the leadership of President & CEO Janet Stringfellow, recently celebrated the grand opening of Innovare Apartments.

Innovare provides stable homes for individuals and families earning 60 percent or less of the Area Median Income (AMI), including many transitioning from homelessness.

SPHA proudly contributed to the success of this project by providing 25 project-based housing vouchers.

SPHA extends thanks to Volunteers of America Florida, for their dedication to our community!
