The St. Petersburg Housing Authority's 2025 - 2029 5-Year PHA Plan - DRAFT is now available for review at the SPHA Central Office, 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

Comments from the general public and the SPHA Resident Advisory Board will continue to be accepted through September 26, 2024.

The SPHA 2025 - 2029 5-Year PHA Plan draft will be presented to the general public in a public hearing at 9AM on October 3, 2024.

A presentation will also be made to the SPHA Board of Commissioners at the October 3, 2024 SPHA Board Meeting immediately following the public hearing. The meeting is open to the public.
