The St. Petersburg Housing Authority's 2025 Annual PHA Plan - DRAFT is now available for review at the SPHA Central Office, 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

The most recent HUD-approved Five Year Capital Fund Plan is included as part of the draft 2025 Annual PHA Plan.

Comments from the general public and the SPHA Resident Advisory Board (RAB) will continue to be accepted through September 26, 2024.

The Draft 2025 Annual Plan and Draft Five Year Capital Fund Plan will be presented to the general public in public hearing at 9AM on October 3, 2024, at the SPHA Central Office, 2001 Gandy Blvd. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

A presentation will also be made to the SPHA Board of Commissioners at the October 3, 2024 SPHA Board Meeting immediately following the public hearing. The meeting is open to the public.
