In Memoriam: David Kelly, SPHA Construction Inspector/Project Manager
ST. PETERSBURG, FL (JANUARY 17, 2024) - It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved colleague, David Kelly, who served as the Construction Inspector and Project Manager at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA). Dave departed from this world on January 16, 2024.
Dave Kelly was more than an accomplished professional; he was a cherished member of our close-knit SPHA team. His dedication, exemplary work ethic, and friendly demeanor left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
As a Construction Inspector and Project Manager, Dave's commitment to ensuring the highest standards in housing projects was unmatched. His expertise, attention to detail, and leadership played a pivotal role in the success of numerous SPHA initiatives.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dave was known for his warm and affable nature. His positive influence extended far beyond the realm of construction projects; he fostered a sense of camaraderie within our organization.
Dave was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to Dave's family during this challenging period. The void left by his passing is immeasurable, and he will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
