Public Notice - Walk-In Appointments

The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) will be opening its offices to the public for walk-ins on specific weekdays at each of our three office locations:

• SPHA's Central Office (Housing Choice Voucher Program, Administration, Human Resources) will be open for walk-ins on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, beginning on Thursday, February 23, 2023. The Central Office is located at 2001 Gandy Blvd. North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
  
  
• The Disston Place Management Office (Public Housing Program, Affordable Housing Program) will be open for walk-ins on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, beginning on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. The Disston Place Management Office is located at 3940 55th Street North, St. Petersburg 33709 (on first floor between units 101 and 103).
  
  
• The Jordan Park Management Office will be open for walk-ins on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, beginning on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. The office is temporarily located at 1225 Jordan Park Street South, St. Petersburg 33712.
