SPHA Offices Closed for New Year Holiday

All SPHA offices will be closed starting Thursday, December 31, 2020. Offices will remain closed until Monday, January 4, 2021, when we will resume normal business hours.

For AMP2 and AMP3 Tenants: General maintenance will not be scheduled or performed during the holiday break. Any emergency maintenance requests should be directed to the after-hours maintenance technician at (727) 244-0094.
