SPHA Offices Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday

St. Petersburg Housing Authority CEO, Michael Lundy, on behalf of the SPHA Board of Commissioners, would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

To mark the holiday, all SPHA offices will be closed starting Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Offices will remain closed until Monday, November 30, 2020, when we will resume normal business hours.

For AMP2 and AMP3 Tenants: General maintenance will not be scheduled or performed during the holiday. Any emergency maintenance requests should be directed to the after-hours maintenance technician at (727) 244-0094.
