SPHA Offices Closed Hurricane Milton

UPDATE - Due to recovery efforts in the City of St. Petersburg after Hurricane Milton, all St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) offices will be closed to the public on Friday, October 11, 2024. Our offices will reopen on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 8:00AM.

Due to Hurricane Milton, all St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) offices will be closed to the public starting on Monday, October 7, 2024 and we are not yet sure when we will reopen.
