To be eligible for the Jordan Park PBV units, applicants MUST have income that does not exceed 60% of the average medium income (AMI) for Pinellas County as determined by HUD annually. Only one (1) application per family may be submitted. The current HUD Income Limits for Pinellas County are listed below:
