Stimulus Funds

Each year, the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) receives grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make interior and exterior capital improvements to its public housing properties. In 2009, SPHA was grateful to receive $1.3 million in additional capital improvement funding as a result of President Obama’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
