Saratoga Apartments is an affordable family development, consisting of 34 one and two bedroom units in two two-story residential apartment buildings. Affordable rents start at $500 for a one-bedroom unit (625 sq. ft.) and $750 for a two-bedroom apartment (945 sq. ft.).

Many units in the complex recently have been renovated and feature new kitchens with upgraded appliances, granite countertops, new baths and tile floors. Monthly rent includes trash, lawn care and pest control. The complex also features on-site laundry facilities (with washer/dryer hook-ups available). Pets are allowed, but please ask the management office for the policy.
